/p /brul /brliContribute to business development in cooperation with marketing and sales team /li /brliAdapts the training modules and be creative in inventing new way for training delivery /li /brliMaintain a strong continuous relationship, supervised by the Global Training Manager, with local markets, supporting them in TTT sessions, Induction and implementation of the 360 activations in the local top stores /li /brliDeliver training programs in the classroom ww and allocate team resources /li /brliLiaise with commercial team to offer both an adapted expertise program as well as on-going novelty training, on field, in classroom /li /brliCreation xrdztoy and implementation of Training Module /li /brliOverview the Masterclass project delivered in the most important key stores /li /brliTrack field training actions /li /brliBe proactive in proposing actions to improve service /li /br /ul /brh3Requirements /h3 /brul /brliExperience in training including delivery of training (experience within the cosmetic industry and/or retail would be a plus) /li /brliExperience in Blended Learning, Virtual Classroom, E-learning Platform /li /brliExperience in sales training in retail environment /li /brliAgility to work in a complex and global environment /li /brliWilling to travel WW /li /br /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
