A Baker Hughes Electrical, Instrumentation and Automation Engineering Manager leads engineering teams to deliver commercially sound products or services in an EPC context.

Responsibilities

Managing and coordinating a team of engineers to achieve relevant engineering deliverables.
Planning and controlling activities, preparing workloads, and identifying when additional staff is needed.
Selecting and assigning the Discipline Leader and other technical specialists, dividing engineering tasks between internal and external resources.
Supporting the Discipline Leader by ensuring contract requirements and technical annexes are met.
Verifying progress of technical development and man‑hour usage to ensure budget compliance.
Attending the kick‑off meeting at project start‑up with assigned specialists.
Cooperating with the Proposal department to prepare technical offers and estimate engineering activities.
Coaching and nurturing talent, defining training plans based on team needs.




Cooperating with Procurement to qualify vendors and manage test and inspection of critical supplies.

Qualifications

Graduate degree in Electrical or Automation and Control Engineering.
Deep knowledge of typical EPC engineering and contractor work processes.
Expertise in Instrumentation and Control sector.
Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office.
