Junior FX and EM sales

In this role you support Italian institutional clients with FX and Emerging Markets solutions, collaborating with Sales, Trading, Structuring and Research to deliver value and insights. You help originate and execute FX transactions, including options and structured solutions, and deepen relationships with Italian clients. You’ll gain exposure to market dynamics and regulatory considerations while contributing to a strong risk culture. - Support coverage of Italian clients across FX and EM asset classes
- Assist origination and execution of FX transactions, including options and structured solutions
- Develop understanding of FX market dynamics, pricing and execution processes




- Build knowledge of EM products like local currency bonds and interest rate derivatives
- Assist senior sales in strengthening relationships with Italian institutional clients
- Coordinate with internal teams on pre-trade and post-trade matters
- Collaborate with Structuring, Research, Coverage and other partners to deliver tailored solutions
- Share market opportunities and client insights with regional sales colleagues
- Ensure compliance with risk limits, policies, regulatory requirements and controls
- Promote a strong risk culture and collaborative environment
- Master in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in FX Sales, Markets Sales or a related role in a financial institution
- Previous exposure to Italian institutional clients is highly desirable
- Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken); Spanish a plus
