At Metlen Energy Metals, we foster a culture of bresilience /b,bchallenge /b,brespect /b,bexcellence /b, andbchange /b, empowering our diverse workforce to achieve remarkable outcomes. /p pWe are currently looking for a bHSE Manager /b to join our M Renewables team in our bMilan /b offices. /p h3Your role will encompass: /h3 ul liSupervising and overseeing the direction of the project (or a cluster of projects), ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs /li liResponsible for the implementation of HS management systems to ensure both legal obligations and our UCB bespoke safety culture are adequately supported /li liEnsure training needs are identified,
delivered and monitored /li liCoordinating and supervising construction workers /li liChecking and preparing site reports and keeping on top of paperwork /li liManage the risk management system i.e. facilitating risk assessors and/or undertaking risk assessments personally and reviewing control measures in place /li liDirect the Head Site Manager with the local legislations /li liOther duties as directed by supervisor /li /ul h3What you bring to the role: /h3 ul li5+ years proven HSE experience in related field, preferably renewables /li liGood knowledge of Microsoft Office /li liItalian and English knowledge /li liAbility to multi‑task and work independently with minimal direction/supervision /li liWorking knowledge of OSHAS 18001 and ISO 14001 standards /li liExcellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills /li liFlexibility to travel to the project sites /li liAttractive remuneration package /li liFriendly and professional working environment /li liCooperation, creativity and innovation: we adopt flexible cooperation models to achieve fast results and increased productivity /li /ul pWe respect your personal data.
