They believe strongly in the value of diversity and are committed to continually improving their well-established policies and best practices globally. /p h3Position – The role /h3 pIn this context, we are looking for several Technology Advisory Strategy Managers to join the Italian office and support the consistent growth that our Client is achieving year‑on‑year, while maintaining a well‑balanced consulting pyramid. /p pThese Senior Managers will focus on helping clients on their journey from “good to great” by delivering performance improvement and value creation consulting programmes, focusing on tech transformations and tech modernization programs across different industry sectors. /p h3Position – Specific responsibilities /h3 pThe Technology Advisory Strategy Managers will provide independent expertise to enable clients’ executives to drive value through technology and to enhance business performance.



They will leverage their extensive expertise to deliver rapid and sustainable impact in the following areas: /p ul liDigital and Technology strategy development, operating model, capability and governance design /li liProduct strategy and innovation, assisting clients with both strategy design and related deployment. /li liTechnology investment roadmaps and value creation plans /li liTechnology cost reduction, outsourcing and end to end Transformation /li liTechnology assessments, leading to possible re‑platforming, rationalization and consolidation activities /li liTechnology due diligence, carve‑out, and merger integration planning and execution /li liIT crisis management and project turnaround /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees (MBA or equivalent) preferred. /li li4 – 7/8 years of relevant experience in IT consulting from top‑tier Strategy Consulting firms or specialised Niche Boutiques. A dual track career in Corporate IT Operations Consulting would represent a strong plus. /li liSolid IT knowledge and/or proven track record in addressing Digital, Technology or IT consulting projects within one or more of the following areas: IT software delivery, IT infrastructure and operations, solutions architecture, IT governance (audit, risk, compliance, security).



/li liExperience in working with private equity portfolio companies, designing and executing value creation and integration strategies. Knowledge or experience within MA situations would represent a strong plus. /li liDecisive and result‑oriented Leadership, well blended with sense of collaboration, resilience, self‑motivation and the energy to drive results in fast‑paced environments. Strong sense of belonging, willing to work across common goals, while motivating and tutoring junior colleagues with entrepreneurial spirits, providing clear direction to the team, and passion for innovation. /li liExecution: a thinker and a doer, with a mix of: /li liAbility to plan and deliver the strategic vision and proactively find ways to achieve goals, remove barriers articulating compelling reasons, together with the passion and ability to make things happen. /li liSolid analytical skills and numeric capabilities with attention to details to address practical, data‑driven concrete solutions. /li liAction orientation and drive for results, with sense of urgency. Able to work under pressure to meet challenges deadlines. /li liEffective and mature communicator, able to engage and influence executive‑level stakeholders in a variety of contexts, from entrepreneurial mid‑caps to large multinationals and demanding financial players. /li liYou demonstrate a keen personal interest in Technology and Digital and remain up to date on the latest trends and potential impacts on industry. /li /ul h3Languages /h3 pFluency in Italian and English, with additional languages as a plus /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
