Our role as a leading IPP is to develop, finance, build, operate, and own renewable energy assets in the long term in Europe, Asia, and the Americas through our offices in the USA, Spain, Italy, UK, Netherlands, India, and Japan. /p h3Job Description /h3 pThe FNTP Director will lead our renewable energy projects from AU approved status through to full notice to proceed (FNTP). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, specifically within the renewable energy sector, and a proven track record of successfully delivering large‑scale projects on time and within budget. Good leadership skills are needed. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liWork towards meeting all the necessary requirements for project financing. /li liManage the collaboration with the Construction team to obtain all secondary‑level permits and oversee the conclusion of works along with other necessary support during the construction phase. /li liLead the due diligence processes for capital raising, MA, and financing procedures. /li liDefine the strategic plan to bring projects to RTB or FNTP. /li liDevelop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met and costs are controlled. Manage the budget during the AU approval phase up to the financing closing. /li liSupport the structured finance team during both the signing and closing phases. /li liEngage in activities to finalize the department's budget and strategic plan. /li liSupport local community engagement,



rapport with all authorities involved in the construction phase. /li liGet "ottemperanza" and executive project approval. /li liOversee the planning, execution, and delivery of renewable energy projects, ensuring all project objectives are met. /li liEngage with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, regulatory bodies, and internal teams, to ensure seamless project execution. /li liIdentify and mitigate project risks to ensure timely and successful project delivery. /li liReview the technical, administrative, and legal documentation. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liProven track record of managing large‑scale renewable energy projects in the solar PV or Wind industry from inception to FNTP. /li liStrong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. /li liExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. /li liKnowledge of greenfield development dynamics. /li liPrevious experiences in permitting and authorization of renewable projects in Italy. /li liKnowledgeable of the environmental and permitting regulation and planning. /li /ul pIn Enfinity Global group you will find a very dynamic and multinational environment in one of the most exciting and impactful industries.
