Job Title: Technical Trainer & Software Support Specialist – CAD/CAE (IGE‐XAO / ETAP) Location: Bergamo, Italy Employment Type: Full‐time Overview This role combines technical expertise with a passion for training and customer support. You will join a collaborative and supportive team that values knowledge sharing, problem‐solving, and continuous improvement. Your contribution will help customers successfully adopt and use IGE‐XAO/ETAP CAD‐CAE software solutions.
Key Responsibilities Deliver technical training sessions on IGE‐XAO/ETAP electrical CAD‐CAE software to customers and partners. Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to users via email, phone, and remote assistance. Prepare training materials, documentation, and updated learning resources.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and contribute to product improvement feedback. Assist in pre‐sales activities when required by demonstrating software capabilities.
Essential Requirements Technical background in electrical engineering, automation, industrial design, or related fields.
Experience with CAD/CAE tools for electrical design. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to analyse technical problems and propose effective solutions.
Willingness to work on‐site tempo pieno in Bergamo.
Desired Skills
Good command of the English language, both written and spoken. Familiarity with IGE‐XAO or ETAP products. Strong teamwork attitude, openness to feedback, and collaborative mindset. Curiosity for learning new technologies and commitment to continuous improvement. Reliability, trustworthiness, and a proactive approach in supporting customers and colleagues.
