- Familiar with ticketing systems
- Experience troubleshooting in Windows 10 Environment
- Good English **Your Tasks**:
You are directly onsite with our customers and working on incoming tickets of your users: - Setting up PC workplaces
- Installations, migrations and rollouts
- User administration via Active Directory
- User support with MS Office, Windows and other software issues
