SICIM is a Construction Company established in 1962 and offering all types of services related to the installation of pipelines and relevant ancillary facilities for the transmission and distribution of oil, gas and water on an international basis. **Posizione**:
We are currently looking for a PQCS for one of our projects in Iraq. Activities will include: - Reports to Project QAQC Manager.
- Deals with all tasks connected to Quality during the Procurement stage till the FAT and Shipment of the material on site and support during site materials incoming acceptance check.
- Support Project Procurement Manager in the activity connected to the Vendor Qualification according to the Project Requirements (preliminary qualification audits, check Client Vendor List and specific requirements (9Com) etc).
- Support Project Procurement Manager and project Engineering Manager in the attribution of the Criticality level to the Supplier according to the project/internal criteria and consequent determination of the Inspection level
- Support QAQC Mng in the verification of the CV of the Inspection (internal or from Third part) assigned to inspection at manufacturer premises. Interface with Client representative for procurement in QA/QC Matter and prepare relevant part of the project Weekly/monthly QAQC report
- Organize Pre Inspection meeting and prepare the Package of documents required to properly guide the Vendor according to project procurement requirements.
- Verify the quality content of the documents released by vendor according to the approved Vendor Document List.



Check the endorsement of comments received by client till the completion of the approval cycle.
- Be familiar with the inspections normally required to the LONG LEAD ITEM for the Oil & Gas Industry. Review ITP provided by manufacturer, pre and post order assignment, check that all the contract requirements have been properly addressed and/or test required identified.
- Manage Notification of Inspection toward Client for the intervention point marked by the client in the approved ITP
- Interact with Inspector assigned to the relevant Inspection point, check that the relevant Inspection Report is issued in the proper time and according to the project needs and with the correct content.
- Finalize the Inspection Release after the FAT and before that the material is shipped.
- Verify the release, from manufacturer, of all the documents required for the Final Dossier, according to the project handover procedure(s)
- Lead the Material Certificate management and all task connected to Quality of the material provided to Final Client till the finalization in the Final Dossier / Turnover package Liaise with precommissioning/commissioning manager for the preparation of the relevant package required by quality for such matter. **Requisiti**:
**REQUIREMENTS**: - At least 5 years previous experience in the role of Procurement Quality Control Supervisor (PQCS) in complex projects.
- Experience in Oil & Gas in Large EPC projects.
- preferrably have a NDT/Nace level
- English is a must.
- Work experience in CIS countries is highly desirable.
- Experience with Iraq Projects shall be a Plus **Altre informazioni**:
