DescriptionTo support our team within the Business Unit Grid Integration, we are looking for a Senior Business Controller to lead the finance operations of Power Conversion and e-mobility Global Center of Competence (GCoC) as well as e-mobility and Rail Traction under Hitachi owned COET business.How you’ll make an impact:Responsibility for the financial performance, financial processes and internal controls of GCoC comprising of manufacturing and projects business in Italy and SwitzerlandFinance Business Partnering to COET General Manager and the Management TeamLeading finance teams in Italy and SwitzerlandResponsibility for the financial control of tenders and projects through efficient risk reviews, project reviews and other governance measuresSupport strategic, business development and operational initiatives to drive growth and efficiencyYour background:A master’s degree in business administration, finance or accounting10+ years of experience in the areas of business, finance, operational controlling and accounting in manufacturing or / and project environment ideally in an international companyStrong financial management, people leadership and communication skillsChange agent,
