As a trusted voice for many of the world’s most successful organizations, we use our knowledge to advance safety and performance, set industry benchmarks, and inspire and invent solutions to tackle global transformations. /p h3About The Role /h3 pRole and responsibilities: /p ul liConduct regular auditing field activities; /li liManage relationship with clients and implement an approach of total customer focus. /li liCarry out in efficient and competent manner the work for DNV as required by instructions/ Quality System and/or as per formal agreement between the client and DNV. /li liEnsure that the independent nature of the DNV scheme is not compromised at any time. /li liMaintain/acquire his/her Auditor Registration with DNV or any other registration having been a basis for his acceptance as Lead Auditor within DNV. /li liPlan and execute audits, report findings and follow-up, when necessary, within agreed times scales and economic frameworks. /li liMaintain high morale by contributing to an effective positive work environment. /li liAct as a team player who works well with others and guides through professional development process, including timely completion of reviews and goal setting. /li liMaintain effective communication with line management, between audit team members and client stakeholders. /li liEnsure the correct use of production tools dedicated to auditing activities and the communication of updated data, in order to allow proper issue and management of certificates. /li /ul pThe role will also include typical back-office tasks in support to project management such as:



/p ul liPromptly contact customers to confirm the planned activities. /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liThe possibility to join a worldwide business assurance market leader with strong values and commitment (We Care, We Dare, We Share). /li liContinuous training and professional improvement. /li liBenefit package (company car, restaurant allowance, profit share). /li liThe possibility to join the DNV’s sanitary insurance available for all employees. /li liSmartworking when not required to deliver on-site audit. /li liSalary range between 45.000,00 and 50.000,00 gross per year. /li /ul h3Position Qualifications /h3 ul liPrevious experience as a Lead Auditor on ICT Sector related schemes (ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 20000-1 e ISO 22301; eiDAS) /li liDemonstrated evidence of excellent communication, relationship management and conflict resolution. /li liAbility to build good relationship with customers. /li liAbility to coordinate, manage an Auditors Team assigned. /li liStrong and proven attitude to auditing, including mobility, flexibility, working under pressure, respect of deadline, relations with clients etc. /li liFluent Italian and good knowledge of English language. /li liAbility to handle basic software programs and IT tools. /li liHighest levels of integrity and professionalism. /li /ul pSecurity and compliance with statutory requirements in the countries in which we operate is essential for DNV.
