About The Team
You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership,
and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Risk Control Framework Development: Analyze business workflows and requirements to design risk management frameworks and tools (e.g., AML systems, sanctions screening). Standardize risk governance practices and ensure alignment with evolving business objectives.
- Strategy Development & Optimization: Monitor risk patterns and illicit activity trends to develop anti-fraud/anti-arbitrage strategies. Continuously refine approaches to balance growth objectives with risk mitigation, minimizing losses from external threats.
- Risk Monitoring & Analytics: Develop risk models and monitoring frameworks (e.g., logistics analytics, suspicious transaction alerts). Analyze key metric anomalies, identify root causes, and deliver actionable solutions to drive remediation.
- Compliance & AML Governance: Execute AML compliance activities including customer due diligence, sanctions screening, and large-value transaction reporting. Streamline compliance workflows to ensure adherence to regulations across jurisdictions (e.g., Hong Kong, U.S.), mitigating legal exposure.
- System & Process Enhancement: Drive iterative enhancements to risk systems (e.g., automated reviews, risk profiling). Integrate multi-source data (e.g., shipping documents, tracking data, corporate registries)
to refine operational workflows and enhance risk management precision.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute risk mitigation strategies and resolve operational bottlenecks. Conduct training programs and case studies to strengthen organizational risk awareness and foster a company-wide risk-aware culture.
