Experteer Italy is seeking an Air Logistics Operational Care Team Leader to oversee import operations within the freight forwarding team. You will direct cross-functional colleagues to ensure timely shipment execution, improve processes, secure capacity, and uphold regulatory and safety standards on a global scale.

You will drive service quality, coordinate teams, and manage KPIs while building strategic relationships with airlines and external providers to optimize efficiency and costs.
