The candidate will join the RTW Development team in Rome and take ownership of the Sportswear & Denim collection development from initial concept to final product, working across teams to ensure creative designs are translated into innovative products and achieving Fendi quality standards.
With 8–10 years in a similar role in luxury fashion, you will manage the sample process, coordinate fittings, oversee supplier relations, ensure deadlines, and support sustainability goals.
