You will do energy analysis and calculation of pay-back times to be able to present high value solution to customers and will focus on large decarbonisation projects. /p h3How you will do it /h3 ul liTarget opportunities within our HVACR sector that translate into profitable growth /li liDevelop, communicate, and implement a comprehensive plan to grow the YORK/SABROE brand across the area /li liAchieves the target for sales in the assigned area /li liDeals directly with major customers within the assigned area /li liDevelops long-term customer relationships with contractors, consulting engineers and end-users /li liUnderstands the customer base needs and works to align them with JCI products and services /li liSeeks for York/Johnson Controls to become the preferred supplier of HVAC equipment of the assigned area /li liPartners with other sales teams to maximize profit generation, influencing on specifications (end-users, consulting engineers) and managing pricing (contractors) /li liKeeps up to date with products and competitors /li liReports sales figures /li liGrows and updates regularly the pipeline /li liFind new markets/industrail sectors for industrial heatpumps to boost decarbonisation.



/li /ul h3What we look for /h3 ul liPrevious experience within the HVACR industry with a special focus on chillers/heatpumps applications /li liStrong experience in energy analysis and pay-back times /li liSales experience within the chiller/heatpump industrial market and a proven track record /li liTechnical knowledge to degree level or equivalent experience /li liHigh level of creation of new accounts and opportunities /li liStrong communicator with a proven track record of developing sales within a commercial environment. /li liExcellency in verbal and written communication skills. /li /ul h3Location: Milan /h3 h3Our benefits /h3 ul liThe initial basic salary for this position will be in the range of €47.800 – €71.800 per year. The final package will reflect your experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
