Ensure incidents are logged accurately and timely and passed to second line support teams,
- Global Support Tool configuration: harmonization to Global Model,
- Streamlining on user provisioning process,
- Expand procedures and best practices documentation with the aim of consolidation across countries. **You are the right person if you**: - are a student or new graduate in IT area,
- speak English fluently and are curious to work with multicultural teams,

- have good communication and presentation skills,
