ABOUT THE ROLE
Job Title: Portfolio Analyst

Location: Full-remote OR Hybrid (Milan HQ)

Contract: Permanent contract / full-time

Salary: €30,000-€36,000 gross/year + Premio

Reporting To: Revenue Manager

What you'll do:
- Own the global portfolio visibility and performance tracking, ensuring every WeRoad itinerary is monitored for sales, conversion, fill rate, and margin performance across all markets and product categories (TO and WRX).




- Run portfolio analyses to identify which itineraries to scale, optimize, or kill, using data-driven insights on demand, profitability, reviews, and customer interest.
- Monitor and evaluate competitive offerings, leveraging AI-based benchmarking tools to compare itineraries, prices, and product positioning against top competitors and emerging players.
- Analyze market trends and traveler behavior to detect shifts in customer preferences, uncover gaps in the current portfolio, and identify new product development opportunities.
- Assess the depth and balance of the offering, ensuring that WeRoad maintains the right mix of destinations, durations, price ranges, and travel moods while minimizing stock‑out risk and operational inefficiencies.
- Supervise offering planning and availability, verifying that all suppliers and internal teams confirm services and departures in line with forecasted demand for the next 18–24 mont
