Personal Care Worker (Compassionate Female, Australian Driving License, Byford/Mandurah)Right at Home provides exceptional in-home care and support to clients across the Kalgoorlie and Wheatbelt regions of Western Australia. About the Role:As a Personal Care Worker, you'll provide holistic, client-focused care in line with each client’s tailored care plan. You’ll play a crucial role in assisting clients with daily living activities and ensuring their comfort in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assist with daily activities, following the Client Care Plan.
- Work closely with Registered Nurses to deliver client-specific care, including personal hygiene, toileting, nutrition, mobility, and more.
- Identify client care needs and work collaboratively with the client’s care team to ensure high-quality, holistic care.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and team members.
- Support clients with light housekeeping duties to promote independence, including laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation.
- Maintain accurate daily client notes and promptly report any concerns to the RN/Care Manager.
- Support clients with mobility aids, range-of-motion exercises, and non-sterile dressings, under the supervision of an RN.

Qualifications
- Cert III in Aged Care/Disability (or equivalent).
