As part of the European Commercial IT team, you will be responsible for analyzing and formalizing business requirements, designing solutions, and managing the implementation of primarily, but not limited to, Salesforce-based systems. He/She will work closely with business partners based in Italy Spain, as well as Global and Regional IT teams, and report to the Senior Regional Technology Manager. /ppThe ideal candidate will have experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce, managing data, building reports and dashboards, providing technical support and assistance to end-users, managing users and security, and troubleshooting technical issues. The candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong technical aptitude, and a passion for technology. /ppYou will have a chance to join a Global IT organization, with experts covering all technologies and sharing a common global ecosystem built on world-class platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Coupa, Workday, Concur, Cloudera, and Tableau. /ppbWhat You Can Expect:



/b /ppGather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. /ppReview all requests for systems enhancements to ensure the request adheres to the overall BF Business and IT strategic direction before taking action. /ppDocument business processes, develop and maintain system documentation and training materials. /ppConfigure and customize Salesforce to meet business needs. /ppManage overall project schedule and planning, ensure communication with regional central teams, from both business and IT. /ppManage users, profiles, roles, sharing rules, and permission sets. /ppDevelop and maintain custom objects, fields, formula,s and validation rules. /ppCreate and manage workflows and automation. /ppBuild and maintain reports and dashboards to support business needs. /ppManage data quality with business owners and account migration efforts by performing data extracts, data uploads, and inserts. /ppCollaborate with cross-functional teams (from business and IT) to ensure project success. /ppProvide ongoing support to end-users. /ppStay current with Salesforce updates and best practices. /ppbWhat You Bring to the Table: /b /ppBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.



/pp3-5 years of related experience with 1-2 years as a Salesforce Administrator or related role. /ppStrong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations. /ppExperience in configuring and customizing Salesforce, managing users and security, and developing workflows automation. /ppSalesforce Administrator certification would be a plus. /ppUnderstanding of business intelligence tools and concepts such as SAP BW, Tableau, BusinessObjects, or similar. /ppStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /ppExcellent communication skills-both written and verbal and the ability to present complex concepts in understandable terms at all levels in the organisation. /ppMethodical and rigorous; time management and organisational skills. /ppAbility to work independently and in a team environment. /ppEnergetic and proactive attitude for learning. /ppbWho We Are /b /ppWe believe great people build great brands.
