In addition, Novelis is leading the industry with its sustainability and recycling efforts. /p pBecome part of our mission to create a sustainable world and start at our locations in bBresso /b and bPieve Emanuele /b as soon as possible: /p h3Continuous Improvement (NOS) Coordinator /h3 h3Responsabilità e qualifiche /h3 pThis role is accountable for the successful implementation of the Novelis Operating System (NOS), our Continuous Improvement approach based on World Class Manufacturing tools and methodology, in the two Italian plants (Pieve Emanuele and Bresso), supporting the plant teams in the operational excellence journey, delivering robust and sustainable cost reduction initiatives and driving Change Management initiatives at all the organizational levels. /p h3What awaits you /h3 ul liYou will be accountable for creating a continuous improvement culture leveraging on tools coming from Lean and World Class Manufacturing, defining and driving the NOS implementation Masterplan,



addressing potential issues and solving them with the Management Team /li liYou will actively coach the active Centers of Excellence of Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Routine Management, Progressive Quality, Education Training, Focused Improvement and define the roadmap for their implementation together with the CoE Leads, besides defining the needs for new Centers of Excellence to be implemented /li liYou will coach improvement teams on the correct application of standard CI/Six Sigma tools (e.g, RCA, 5Whys, Ishikawa) /li liYou will work closely with Finance, in order to implement a strong Cost Deployment and deliver robust cost savings initiatives together with the functional leaders /li liYou will be part of the Italian Management Team, acting as a Change Leader and leading the implementation of the Novelis Operating System accordingly /li liYou will be responsible for the Change Management program, supporting the Operations Director and the Management Team with tools such as Population Impact Analysis, SWOT Analysis, Change Effectiveness Review /li liYou will actively coach and support the Operations Director with the NOS implementation, leveraging on Change Management, routines and events in the shopfloor /li liYou will define training needs on Continuous Improvement skills for the whole population, together with the functional leaders /li liYou will create and deliver specific trainings at shopfloor and management level /li liYou will act as an interface between the plants and the regional organization,



participating to regional meetings and NOS Certification assessments in other plants in Europe /li /ul h3How you convince us /h3 ul li5 years’ experience as Continuous Improvement/Lean Manager, preferably in manufacturing industries with continuous lines /li liBackground as Ops Manager or Process Engineering Manager is a plus /li liSolid background in driving Change Management implementation even in resistant to change environments /li liProven ability to deliver ambitious cost savings program at a plant level /li liMaster’s degree in Engineering or related scientific field /li liItalian native, fluent in English /li /ul h3Compensation packaging /h3 pThe annual compensation for this position is 53,000- 58,000 euro with additional benefits and variable compensation where applicable (e.g. bonuses, incentive plan, MBO). /p pThe compensation range has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including the scope of the role, required skills, relevant professional experiences, qualifications and level of responsibility. /p pAdditional information regarding compensation, benefits, and career progression criteria will be provided during the recruitment process. /p h3Profilo della sede /h3 h3What Novelis offers you /h3 p#worklifebalance: Balance your daily life with ease!
