In this role, you'll implement the Practical Process Improvement (PPI) Business System to enhance efficiencies, enrich customer experience, and increase employee engagement. Working with cross-functional teams, you'll coordinate Kaizen events, facilitate process improvements, and support a culture of operational excellence. You'll analyze data, develop solutions, and guide teams in lean methodologies to achieve measurable improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree required, no prior experience requiredPreferred Fields of Study: Engineering, Science, Business,
