The role is offered as a freelance consultancy. Regular on-site presence at the project location is required. /p h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, a technical diploma, or equivalent professional experience. /li liMinimum of 5 years’ experience managing mid-scale construction projects; hospitality sector experience is a strong plus. /li liProven experience with permitting processes and interactions with public authorities. /li liExcellent technical writing skills, strong client-management capabilities, and effective communication both internally and externally. /li liA collaborative mindset, along with reliability, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving. /li /ul h3Activities /h3 ul liVerify work progress (SAL) in line with project schedule and budget. /li liManagement of a multi-contractor schedule.
