**MTIC InterCert**, Multinational Group which provides services as **Notified body (CE 0068), Accredited Laboratory** and **Certification Body** by its member companies, is growing steadily and successfully in all areas of testing, inspection, and certification. Currently, we are looking for a **Head of Marketing & Communication **for our **office MTIC Intercert**, in **Rho, Italy**. **Main responsibilities**: - Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative
- Set, monitor and report on team goals to CEO
- Analyze sales funnels and customer intent
- Research and implement marketing tools to support promotional projects (automation software, social media scheduling etc) of MTIC Group




- Work closely with sales and marketing teams of each department / area to identify opportunities for new client acquisition
- Coordinate the branding activities of MTIC Group **Additional requirements**: - Communicate appropriately at all levels within the organization
- Take notes and draw up written reports
- Make presentations
- Conduct interviews
- Manage audits / inspections
