The role requires full accountability for transaction delivery, senior client relationship management, and the strategic positioning of SG CIB in competitive advisory situations, in Italy and on cross‑border transactions. The Director will advise corporates and private equity sponsors on strategic opportunities and will play a visible role in franchise development. /p h3Tasks and responsibilities /h3 ul liOriginate and execute MA and Private Equity‑related transactions, across buy‑side and sell‑side mandates /li liAdvise clients on strategic transactions, investments, and divestments /li liLead marketing activities, pitches, and client engagement /li liManage transaction execution, including due diligence, financial analysis, valuation,
