Harding+ is seeking experienced Watch Sales Specialists to join our onboard retail teams, selling premium watches and guiding guests through high-value purchases. You’ll work aboard cruise ships worldwide, building lasting guest relationships and contributing to a premium retail experience.

You will earn a competitive salary plus up to 6% commission, with included accommodation and meals onboard. Contracts run up to 6 months, offering travel and growth opportunities in a unique maritime setting.
