- $98,955 per year, plus super.What you will doAs Team Leader, Rostering, you will lead a small team that delivers accurate staff rosters and workforce records.You will help keep daily operations running by planning ahead, solving roster issues and supporting managers and staff.You will:lead a team of rostering officers by providing guidance, training and support.plan and maintain staff rosters up to six weeks ahead while meeting operational needs and workplace requirements.monitor roster data, timesheets and attendance records to keep information accurate and resolve complex issues.provide technical advice on rostering, workforce systems and employment agreements while supporting continuous improvement.maintain workforce records, prepare reports and support the human resources supervisor as needed.About youYou should have experience using a workforce management system such as TimeTarget, Humanforce or Kronos.

You should also have experience with rostering, human resources or payroll, managing people and applying enterprise agreements.You should also have:strong skills using workforce systems,



advanced Excel and data reporting.sound knowledge of rostering principles, enterprise agreements and workforce planning.proven ability to solve problems, support others and lead a small team.clear communication skills with a flexible and inclusive approach to working with others.To learn even more about this role, please read the position description.
