About The Role

As an Account Manager, you'll drive business growth by converting leads and nurturing client relationships across a diverse portfolio. You'll be the bridge between our services and clients, from individual professionals to large corporations,



ensuring exceptional service delivery and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Building: Lead the full client acquisition process by transforming inbound leads into long-term partnerships through tailored solutions.
- Account Development: Identify and capitalize on opportunities for account growth while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee and ensure the health, profitability, and satisfaction of your client portfolio.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to deliver outstanding client solutions and drive continuous improvement.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze KPIs and implement data-driven strategies to optimize client portfolios for better performance.
