We are looking for an ambitious and inspiring Sales Group Manager to lead our sales team in Rome, Italy, working with our leading Networking Solutions devices portfolio.

This role is for a leader who enjoys developing people, building high-performing sales teams, and driving business growth beyond existing markets. You will have the opportunity to shape the team's direction, expand into new business verticals, introduce new Teltonika solutions to customers, and help sales representatives reach their full potential.

Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

Teltonika has been creating IoT solutions for over 27 years, with offices in more than 30 countries and over 2,700 employees worldwide. We are a family‑owned Lithuanian company with a strong international growth mindset and a clear ambition to become a global leader in the IoT field.





What we expect of you:
- At least 3 years of successful sales experience in the IoT sector
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate, challenge, and develop others.
- Proven ability to acquire strategic customers and develop long‑term business relationships.
- A strategic mindset with the ambition to grow both people and business.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and successfully introduce innovative solutions to customers.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Organized, results‑oriented, and challenge‑driven personality.
- Willingness to travel within Italy and occasionally abroad for customer meetings, events or internal training.
- Valid Italian driving licence.

In this role, you will:
- Establish and develop Teltonika's B2B sales representatives group in Rome location.
- Drive team performance while ensuring sustainable long term growth
