Bacardi is seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Manager On Trade Italy (South Zone) to lead the region's commercial and cultural strategy. You will manage Field Managers and Business Managers, ensure target achievement, talent development, and regional execution of the national plan.
You will drive a high-performance team, balance pricing and margins, and collaborate with Trade Marketing and other functions to ensure consistent brand activation and growth across the market.
