Connecting and engaging with the team and customers, ensuring that daily activities are managed excellently, and steering the shop and team’s performance towards success. Lead and grow the business with a strong understanding of performance drivers and commercial priorities.

Design and implement action plans to boost sales and overall business performance. Build long-term customer loyalty by delivering an excellent experience and developing strong client relationships. Ensure the correct execution of internal processes related to stock management, cash handling, logistics and operational reporting in line with head office guidelines.

Oversee day-to-day store operations, guaranteeing efficiency and compliance at all levels.

People

Management & Development Lead, motivate and develop the team through ongoing coaching and support. Provide regular feedback and guidance to help the team achieve and exceed monthly objectives. Identify potential, recruit new talent and contribute to the retention and development of high performers.





Manage team schedules, working hours and holiday planning with a structured and forward-thinking approach to ensure smooth operations throughout the year. Proven experience in a retail management role. Strong commercial mindset with a clear focus on results and performance.

Customer-centric approach, with a strong sensitivity to service excellence. Highly organised, structured and attentive to detail in daily operations. Genuine interest in product knowledge and market trends, with an affinity for premium environments, fashion, art and design.
