ph3Quality Manager – Montecchio Emilia Campegine (Italy) /h3 pGross Annual Salary Range: €65,000 – €75,000 + variable paybr/(The final offer will be evaluated based on professional experience, technical expertise, educational background, soft skills, and overall alignment with the role's responsibilities and objectives.) /p h3About the Role /h3 pWe are looking for an experienced bQuality Manager /b to lead and continuously improve quality performance across our plants in bMontecchio Emilia and Campegine /b. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, you will ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, food safety, and quality requirements while driving a strong quality culture throughout the operations. /p pThis role combines strategic quality leadership with hands‑on operational support and team development. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Quality Compliance /h3 ul liLead the site's Quality Management System and ensure compliance with ISO, BRC Packaging, customer, and regulatory requirements. /li liManage audits, certifications, and quality documentation. /li liMake product release and hold decisions. /li liEnsure compliance with European regulations related to products, raw materials, and packaging. /li /ul h3Quality Control Process Improvement /h3 ul liMonitor quality performance and key quality KPIs. /li liAnalyze quality data and identify improvement opportunities. /li liEnsure process stability, product conformity, and effective quality controls. /li liLead continuous improvement and change management initiatives. /li liManage internal non-conformities and corrective actions. /li liLead root‑cause analyses and complaint investigations. /li liEnsure product traceability and accurate quality reporting.Lead, coach, and develop a team of 2 direct reports. /li liPromote a strong quality mindset and continuous learning culture.
/li liDeliver quality and hygiene training programs. /li liCollaborate closely with Production, Engineering, RD, and other stakeholders. /li /ul h3Equipment Standards /h3 ul liEnsure calibration and compliance of quality control equipment. /li liDefine and maintain SOPs, quality standards, and operating instructions. /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 h3Education /h3 pBachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Engineering, or a related field. /p ul liAdditional qualifications in Quality Management or Food Safety are an advantage. /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul liMinimum b10 years of quality experience /b within a manufacturing or industrial environment. /li liProven experience with: ul liQuality Management Systems (ISO, GMP, audits) /li liProcess control and quality assurance /li liRoot cause analysis and non-conformity management /li liLeading quality teams in a plant environment /li /ul /li liExperience within bfood, packaging, or other regulated industries /b is highly preferred. /li /ul h3Skills /h3 ul liStrong understanding of quality tools and methodologies (SPC, HARA, Root Cause Analysis). /li liData‑driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities. /li liExcellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills. /li liContinuous improvement mindset and strong problem‑solving abilities. /li liComfortable delivering training and presenting to groups. /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul libItalian /b – Business Proficiency /li libEnglish /b – Business Proficiency /li /ul h3Why Join Us? /h3 pThis is an opportunity to make a direct impact on product quality, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence within a leading international manufacturing environment.
