We are currently recruiting a Store Manager for well known Luxury Menswear Fashion Brand in Venice. **Responsibilities**: - Responsible of client experience in store, rigorously offer an exceptional Client Experience by ensuring excellent Client Journey standards.
- Coach team to exploit every chance to connect and convert, retain first-timer and reactivate lost clients; constantly up-to-date regarding store sales progress positively communicate it to Staff.
- Ensure the proper execution of CRM activities for the achievement of retention, upgrading and prospects conversion targets.
- Ensure continuous progress on performance KPIs as assigned.
- Ensure the inclusion of digital tools and assets in the client journey and in the clientelling routine and foster sales in partnership.




- Assist sales Staff or personally manages VIP and Top Spender Clients.
- Manages all delicate situations regarding sales activities or after sales (boutique returns, end of season, customer returns, repairs, complaints). Requirements and skills: - Fluent English;
- Powerful leading skills and business orientation;
- Customer management skills;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; **Experience**: - Assistant Manager / Store Manager: 2 years (required) **Language**: - Fluent English (required)
