Working in close liaison with country teams, senior management, and cross-functional departments, the PCO oversees the planning and execution of program activities through a structured workflow. /p pThe Program Coordinator contributes to long‑term sustainability by promoting capacity‑building and ownership within teams. /p pThe role includes logistical and HR coordination while the PCO is also responsible for ensuring that health, safety, environmental, and security standards are implemented consistently throughout the operational framework. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liCoordinate the planning, execution, and monitoring of program activities in alignment with organizational strategies /li liEnsure structured workflows are in place to support smooth program implementation across multiple country teams /li liProvide logistical and HR coordination support, reinforcing technical leads through structured processes and training /li liPromote capacity‑building initiatives to strengthen local teams and encourage ownership of program activities /li liMonitor compliance with Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) standards across all operations /li liLiaise effectively with senior management, functional departments,



and external partners to ensure timely communication and program alignment /li liSupport the preparation of reports, budgets, and work plans, ensuring accuracy and accountability /li liAssist in risk identification and propose mitigation measures for program activities /li liContribute to the development of tools, training modules, and standardized practices to enhance program quality and sustainability /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul libEducation: /b ul liBachelor’s degree in International Development, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field /li /ul /li libExperience: /b ul li3‑5 years of professional experience in program coordination, project management, or NGOs operations /li liDemonstrated experience in capacity building and cross‑cultural team support /li liBackground in humanitarian, educational, or development settings is an asset /li /ul /li liStrong organizational and time management skills /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to liaise across diverse teams and stakeholders /li liKnowledge of HR and logistics processes in program settings /li liProficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of project management tools an advantage /li liAbility to work independently and collaboratively in multicultural and dynamic environments /li libLanguages: /b ul liFluency in English required; Arabic is considered a strong asset; knowledge of Italian, Spanish, French is an advantage. /li /ul /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
