You can find out more about us on /ppbLocation: /b /ppbSummary: /b /ppJoin us as an MRB Technician and take a leading role in the evolution of our Manufacturing Record Book processes. /ppIn this position, you will drive the implementation and continuous improvement of the MRB system, working closely with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to enhance efficiency, strengthen quality standards, and support operational excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical and proactive engineer who is passionate about process optimization, problem-solving, and driving meaningful organizational change. /ppSuccessful candidates are strong communicators, enjoy problem‑solving, and work effectively in /ppcross‑functional teams while demonstrating organizational skills. /ppThe role reports to the Quality Supervisor and is based in Colico, (Italy). /ppbRoles and Responsibilities: /b /pulliPrepare, maintain,



and manage electronic Manufacturing Record Books (MRB), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project, regulatory, and customer requirements. /liliCoordinate with inspectors during inspection activities, providing all required documentation and technical support. /liliCollaborate closely with Quality Control and Testing Departments to collect, validate, and consolidate quality and inspection records. /liliInterface with local and remote teams to gather manufacturing, inspection, and testing information required for certification dossiers. /liliReview and verify pressure test results, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with applicable standards. /liliConfirm that all inspections required by the Quality Control Plan have been completed and properly documented. /liliSupport the Certification Final Inspection Supervisor (Quality Team Leader) in quality documentation, certification, and final inspection activities. /liliDrive the management, standardization, and continuous improvement of MRB processes, promoting efficiency, consistency, and best practices across projects. /liliIdentify opportunities to optimize documentation workflows, improve data quality, and streamline certification activities through a continuous improvement approach. /liliContribute to operational excellence by supporting process harmonization,



documentation standards, and quality system improvements. /liliEnsure compliance with company Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) procedures. /li /ulpbQualifications Experience: /b /pulliFluency in Italian and English (written and spoken). /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office applications and document management tools, including PDF editing software such as Adobe Acrobat, Foxit, or similar platforms. /liliStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both local and remote teams. /liliStrong attention to detail and ability to manage technical documentation with a high level of accuracy. /liliContinuous improvement mindset, with an interest in process standardization, documentation quality, and operational efficiency. /liliSoft Skills: communication, time management and problem solving. /liliPrevious technical experience in a manufacturing environment and/or the energy sector in a quality-related role is considered a plus /li /ulpbWhat We Offer: /b /pullibEmployment Type: /b 12-month fixed-term, full-time contract. /lilibWorking Hours: /b Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM, with flexible working hours. /liliRemote working opportunities. /lilibCompensation: /b Gross annual salary (RAL) starting from €30,000. /li /ulpSLB is an equal employment opportunity employer.
