Job Summary

Commercial role based in the Lombardy North region, requiring residence in the covered territory.

Responsibilities
- Manage sales, promote products and services, and analyze customer needs.
- Promote sales through distribution of promotional materials, participation in scientific events, conferences, device demos, and in‑service training for distributors, agents, and specialists.
- Share technical notes and scientific publications with clients, distributors, and specialist doctors.
- Identify and select new prospective customers and opportunities; manage proposal preparation; implement offers to meet group objectives; maintain relationships with healthcare environments to capture feedback and lessons learned.




- Coordinate with Procurement and Project Offices to develop new projects and strategies.
- Implement portfolio development strategy and action plans for acquiring new bids and clients in the covered territory; monitor sales progress against targets.
- Maintain a continuous flow of information to team members, domiciliary technicians, and patient service personnel for the assigned territory.

Qualifications
- Diploma or Laurea in scientific fields (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Biology).
- At least 1–2 years of experience in structured multinational environments, preferably in Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or Medical Devices sectors.
- Customer‑orientated mindset.

Compensation and Contract

The salary range for this position in Italy is between €35,000 and €45,000 gross per year. The employment relationship will be subject to the CCNL chimico farmaceutico and the second‑tier company
