Master a Modern Tech Stack - Take ownership of our AWS-based infrastructure (EC2/ECS, S3, Lambda, Kinesis) and participate in architectural improvements across our growth-focused microservices. Work in an AI-Powered Environment - Leverage AI tools daily to write and optimize code, speed up root cause analysis, and generate documentation, raising the bar for engineering efficiency.
Ensure

Requirements Experience - You have at least 1 year of experience as a Backend Engineer, with a strong track record of building and maintaining scalable microservices in fast-paced environments.
Technical
Foundations - Solid expertise in Java and Spring Boot, with a good understanding of relational databases (Postgre SQL) and cloud environments. If you're also passionate about or have hands-on experience building Gen AI-driven features, such as backend services using LLMs, orchestration frameworks like Lang Graph, or AWS cloud services like Amazon Bedrock, that's considered a value-add.
