Play is our B2 B monetization platform, a powerful Gaming Reward Hub designed for mobile app Publishers. utility, commerce, or entertainment apps) to help them unlock a new, consistent revenue stream and boost user engagement. By integrating Loyalty Play, publishers can offer their users rewards (in-app currency) for installing and playing mobile games from our vast advertiser network. We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build scalable, high-performance systems in collaboration with product and data teams.
What you'll do at Mistplay: Develop, test, and maintain high-quality backend and frontend code to support MAF’s core products and services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data, Design) to deliver reliable and scalable software solutions. Participate in the full software development lifecycle: planning, design, implementation, deployment, and monitoring.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to engineering best practices. Champion performance and reliability by proactively identifying bottlenecks, driving root-cause analysis, and delivering scalable, resilient improvements. Shape the platform’s technical direction by contributing to architectural decisions, setting engineering standards, and promoting best practices that enable sustainable growth.
Raise the bar for engineering excellence through thoughtful code reviews, knowledge sharing, and mentorship, helping junior engineers grow while safeguarding quality and maintainability.
Our Tech Stack
Maf.ad is a cloud-native, event-driven ad network and offerwall platform deployed across a hybrid infrastructure spanning Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure. The backend—comprising REST and Graph QL APIs,
along with our core event-tracking pipeline—is implemented in C# on the. NET framework.
Our web applications are developed in Type Script using Lit, a component-based framework aligned with modern UI development standards and comparable to widely adopted frameworks such as React, Angular, and Vue. For analytics and reporting at scale, we leverage Google Cloud’s big data stack: Big Query as our primary data warehouse for fast, SQL-based insights over large volumes of event data, and Bigtable for high-throughput, low-latency access patterns on time-series and event-driven datasets. Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of professional experience in software development.
Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as C#, Java.
Experience with backend frameworks and RESTful API development. Solid understanding of database systems (SQL and No SQL) such as Sql Server, Big Query, Big Table.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Problem-solving mindset and a passion for building high-quality, scalable systems. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
Experience in digital advertising, adtech, or performance marketing. Knowledge of frontend technologies (React, Angular, Vue) and modern web development.
Experience in microservice architectures and event-driven systems. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks. Familiarity with LLM Architecture and AI Agents Why Mistplay?
