Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for luxury investment business, able to gain insight into market development trends and consumer needs of young user groups, establish category planning and strategy, and be responsible for the GMV, revenue and gross profit targets of the category;
2. Improve the hierarchical echelon of merchants, optimize the category brand and commodity structure, meet the richness of goods, improve the efficiency of goods, and improve the planning of sales;
3. Determine the direction of investment promotion, and cooperate with the platform operation and channel operation team to complete the introduction of merchants and brands. Do a good job in the hierarchical management of merchants, and be able to balance the healthy development of business under multiple modes;
4. Confirm the cooperation mode and communicate and negotiate according to the situation of different brands and different types of suppliers, continuously strengthen the supply chain competitiveness of the brands in the responsible categories, and ensure the market competitiveness of supply;
5. Reasonable ordering,

7. Tap high-quality suppliers and reduce procurement costs. Qualifications:
1. More than 3 years of experience in Italian luxury-related categories, with experience in attracting investment/buying in the fashion industry;
2. Have strong business development experience, investment negotiation skills and keen market insight and judgment;
3. Strong organizational ability and practicality; Have the responsibility to make decisions, be keen enough, and have a pattern;
4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with complex relationships;
