Mission
Serve as the trusted Finance Business Partner to the General Manager and commercial leadership team, providing insightful financial analysis, strategic recommendations, and performance guidance that drive profitable growth. The role ensures sound financial stewardship while helping shape business decisions and strategy for Italy and, potentially, additional European markets in the future.

Key responsibilities

- Act as the primary Finance Business Partner to the General Manager and commercial leadership team,



providing financial insights, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations to support revenue growth, profitability, and achievement of business objectives.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and financial modelling processes, ensuring alignment between financial targets and business strategy.
- Provide timely and accurate business performance reporting, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to local, regional, and functional stakeholders to support effective decision-making.
- Analyze commercial and financial performance through KPI monitoring, profitability analysis, customer and category performance reviews, and variance analysis to identify growth opportunities and risks.
- Drive cash flow performance and working capital optimization through effective forecasting, receivables management, inventory oversight, and liquidity planning.
