Responsibilities Drive electric generation, transmission & substation projects across Europe. Own European utility infrastructure strategy (generation, transmission, procurement). EUR500 M portfolio and 20+ concurrent large projects.

Define capital allocation and prioritization model. Direct a team leading high‐voltage project execution – scope, schedule, budget. Negotiate contracts with substation EPCs and utility partners. Track, report, and oversee power project status for all European sites.

Develop utility portfolio‐level budget and financial reporting. Establish and frame forecast development to aid procurement and vendor partners.

Drive continuous improvement in project execution organization.

Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to project managers and leadership. Influence cross‐organizational peers to deliver power capacity in line with customer demand.

Qualifications 15+ years of experience in utilities and energy sector with construction management expertise. 15+ years of people‐leader experience. Demonstrated experience working directly with C‐level executives and collaborating across all levels of the organization. Able to travel up to 50% of the time.

Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or comparable experience (Nice to have). Twenty or more years of experience delivering utility & construction projects (Nice to have). Twenty or more years of people‐leader experience (Nice to have). 300 MW multi‐country portfolios (Nice to have).

Experience managing an extensive portfolio of work across more than one country (Nice to have).
