Responsibilities Collaborate with Global Application Specialists and Technology Advisors Build and maintain relationships across the innovation ecosystem Conduct feasibility studies and define proof‐of‐concepts Design and facilitate technical workshops Act as a gate assessor for Corporate Research Center (CRC) projects Contribute to technical documentation and innovation briefs Requirements 5+ years of experience in industrial R&D; Strong knowledge of energy transition challenges Degree in Engineering, Energy Systems, or Electrical Engineering Ability to conduct feasibility studies and define proof‐of‐concepts Excellent technical documentation skills Research or academic collaboration experience is a plus Willingness to travel internationally up to 20–30% Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in conducting feasibility studies and defining proof‐of‐concepts within the energy transition sector, supported by strong technical documentation skills and a background in engineering. Proven ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and maintain relationships within the innovation ecosystem.
