Working for a global manufacturer of access equipment, the Customer Support Coordinator will have responsibility & opportunity to truly deliver a customer focused Service support. Delivering remote support for customer care requests, with the support of other Service Engineers and dedicated service partners. Involved also in the office service activities ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage the service contracts and all the aspect of the service chargeable repairs.
- Prepare and handle worksite safety documentation.
- Schedule and organize the job repairs through our service providers network,
- Warranty claim handling.
- Support team members in service activities.
- Business trips.
- Living in Milan area. KEY EXPERIENCE AND ATTITUDE: - Strong customer focus.
- Strong problem solving attitude.
- Five (5) or more years of experience in a Customer Care Dept.
- Basic Technical skills.
- Good English language - technical preferred.
- Clear communication skills required.
- Attitude to work under pressure.
- Safety first mentality.
- Front line obsessed.
- Innovative & out the box thinking.
- Teamwork skills required.
- Ability to take ownership, lead & listen.
- Driven to deliver continuous improvement (processes, systems & people).
- Solution focused, “Can do” attitude. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - High School Technical Diploma or equivalent.
- Five (5) years minimum experience in Technical Dept or related area.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Spoken and written communication skills - also in English language.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- High level English language - technical. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - IPAF Operator Certificates.
- Proven experience repairing and servicing equipment.
