**POSITION OVERVIEW**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Finance to lead the financial operations of our luxury hotel as we prepare for an exciting re-opening. This is a pivotal role that provides strategic financial leadership to support our long-term goals, ensuring financial stability and compliance during this crucial phase. This position is based on property at Aman Rosa Alpina, San Cassiano Trentino-Alto Adige, Italy. **RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide financial guidance to the General Manager and align with re-opening objectives.
- Establish financial systems and controls in line with corporate and local regulations.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting for re-opening costs, capital expenditures, and operational planning.




- Conduct regular financial reviews and manage cash flow, inventory, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, licensing, and tax obligations.
- Manage and restructure the finance team to meet operational needs.
- Drive cost control initiatives and promote revenue generation during the re-opening.
- Collaborate with the General Manager on financial aspects of projects such as capital improvements and renovations. **QUALIFICATIONS**
- Fluency in both English and Italian is required, as well as exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure while adhering to strict deadlines.
