Satispay S.p.A. is seeking a Legal Counsel (Transactional) to own drafting, negotiation, and strategy for key commercial agreements across our business lines.

You will manage complex B2B contracts from corporate welfare to payment services, and structure strategic partnerships from inception to execution. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in commercial law, fintech exposure, and the ability to balance risk with business growth.
