Prudential plc seeks a seasoned IFRS Performance Manager to review and interpret financial results across business units, ensuring IFRS 17 compliance and alignment with TEV metrics. You will partner with Group Finance, Actuarial reporting, and regional teams to deliver timely management information and external disclosures.

You will lead quarterly, half-yearly and annual processes, consolidate results, improve IFRS workflows, and drive efficiency while supporting BU assessments and development
