Financial Management**: - Oversee the branch’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Analyze financial metrics and implement strategies for improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement**: - Act as the main point of contact with regulatory authorities, ensuring transparent and effective communication with CONSOB. **Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree in **Finance, Business Administration**,



or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial leadership role, with a strong emphasis on **regulatory compliance**: - Proven experience managing a branch or similar operations in the** financial sector**: - In-depth knowledge of Italian financial regulations and experience working with **CONSOB**: - Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on results
