Your Mission: We are looking for a data-driven and commercially minded Senior Digital Business Analyst to join our Digital Team at our HQ in Milan! Reporting to the Digital Commerce Manager EMEA, you will transform data into insights that drive smarter decisions, stronger customer experiences and sustainable e Commerce growth across the region. Working at the intersection of analytics, digital commerce and business strategy, you will identify opportunities to improve acquisition, conversion and retention, helping maximize performance across the customer journey.
Partnering closely with cross-functional teams, you will leverage data, experimentation and AI-powered tools to unlock growth opportunities and support the evolution of our digital business.
Key Responsibilities: Own digital performance analysis and reporting across B2 C and B2 B channels in the EMEA region, transforming data into actionable insights that drive growth, profitability and customer value.
Monitor and optimize key e Commerce and B2 B KPIs across the customer journey, including traffic, product views, product clicks, add to cart, checkout steps, conversion rate, average order value, units per transaction and revenue. Partner with Performance Marketing, SEO, CRM and Digital Product teams to identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, conversion and retention.
Lead web analytics and customer journey analysis through platforms such as Google Analytics 4 and Contentsquare, ensuring data accuracy and measurement consistency. Identify conversion barriers, customer pain points and revenue leakage opportunities, defining and evaluating A/B testing and optimization initiatives. Generate business and merchandising insights through customer behavior and product performance analysis, supporting commercial decision-making.
Support budgeting, forecasting and business planning processes, developing performance scenarios and monitoring results against targets. Leverage AI-powered tools and advanced analytics to automate reporting, improve forecasting accuracy and accelerate insight generation.
The Ideal Candidate: 4+ years of experience in Digital Analytics, e Commerce Performance, CRO, Business Analytics or similar roles, ideally within consumer goods, retail, luxury or direct-to-consumer environments. Strong expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
and digital analytics platforms;
experience with Contentsquare, Google Merchant Center and A/B testing tools is a plus. Solid understanding of e Commerce economics, digital performance metrics and their impact on commercial results. Proven experience translating complex data into clear business recommendations and influencing decisions across different stakeholder groups.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and forecasting capabilities, combined with a proactive and results-oriented mindset. Familiarity with AI-powered analytics solutions; knowledge of Shopify, SQL or Python would be an advantage. Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international and cross-functional environment. and of course a chocolate and gelato lover!
