Overview Prometeia seeks a professional to join its Strategic Advisory & Corporate Finance team, which serves financial intermediaries across Italy. The role focuses on strategic business planning, M&A; advisory, and transformation management for national‐territory clients.

Responsibilities Analyze operating contexts of client companies, including historical performance and industry trends. Support the creation of asset and economic‐financial projections. Help identify KPIs for monitoring business performance.

Assess the economic value of banking and industrial operators, business units, and portfolios in extraordinary transactions. Draft functional documents for commercial development and provide independent expert opinions. Prepare estimation models and conduct quantitative analyses of economic, financial, and asset elements.





Use software and data‐provider platforms to support valuation analyses.

Qualifications Master's degree with high honors in business, finance, economics, or engineering. At least 2–3 years of experience in a related field. Knowledge of the local banking and financial sector (preferred). Fluency in English; a second foreign language is a plus.
