**Main Purpose of the Role**
- For our plant in Castelnuovo Vomano, we are looking for a new resource as Engineering Manager who will manage site engineering full activities, from project scoping to designing, procurement, installation and commissioning.**What you will do**
- Executing projects in accordance with Perfetti Van Melle's values (people, planet, profit);
- Budget responsibilities for Engineering single budget projects costs;
- Manage external suppliers for machines, equipment, spare parts and services;
- Initiating innovations and developments by bringing forward new ideas;
- Aligning with Group Engineering and with functional scopes on major projects execution;
- Keep relationships with key local and international suppliers for new machinery and equipment state of the art updates. **Who you are**




- 5 years of experience in Engineering field in FMCG industry; experience in Maintenance will be considered a plus;
- Fluent in spoken and written English;
- Project Management certificate (PMP or equivalent);
- Proven track records in managing complex and large scope projects;
- Continuous Improvement methodologies;
- Ability to manage relationships from high skilled local technical workers to Group functions team members;
- Strong team player but with the ability to drive change and influence others within the project organization;
- Decision making but with hands on approach connecting with front line and work floor personnel;
- Courage to speak up when conflict is necessary for the project prosecution.
