- Collating fashion show accreditation requests
- Providing support with press sample orders
- Responding to requests,



preparing press material for distribution, following-up on assigned projects and tasks
- Assisting with the reporting process and drafting presentations
- Collaborating with the team on seasonal gifting activities, inventory, and sample trafficking tasks **KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, most importantly Powerpoint and Excel
Fluency in Italian and English
Proactive attitude
Strong interest in fashion magazines and digital media
Timeliness and ability to work against deadlines
Constant attention to detail and precision
